At Intuit, I worked as a Visual Designer focused on designing the packaging, welcome, and onboarding experience for our Virtual Tax Experts. In 2022 we started this project with deep immersion and research into the Virtual Tax Expert’s end-to-end experience.
We found that their first day, when equipment arrives and onboarding begins, is a critical moment to establish connection with Intuit’s brand. 
The resulting project is a thoughtful, premium out-of-box experience for Experts. The onboarding kit eases the stress of first day jitters while delivering seamless equipment set up. Each touchpoint welcomes our experts while providing easy to understand instructions. 
Intuit’s bold color palette is paired with dynamic illustrations to provide context while sparking excitement for our 20k+ Tax Expert's first step in their journey with Intuit.
